Pommel Horse

There are two main types of Gymnastic Pommel Horses, namely, the Leather Pommel Horse, and the Synthetic Pommel Horse. The Leather Pommel Horse offers excellent padded comfort and stability for the gymnast. The horse body is made of durable hardwood and padded with 1" of reinforced polyethylene foam. The top surface is premium quality cow hide, hand upholstered for longer durability. Where pommels attach, the horse body is doubly reinforced on the under side with a special grade hardwood and rubber to ensure no pommel movement. The heavy pedestal base provides great lavish stability. Height is adjustable from 39.5" (100 cm) to 55.125" (140 cm), and locks securely into the desired position with a double safety lock system. Again, all the basic construction features of the Synthetic Pommel Horse are the same as the Leather Pommel Horse described above, except the lavishly padded synthetic suede upholstery.
